Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns:

  • You can return items within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

How to Return an Item:

  2. Once we confirm your return, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 2 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item and place a new order.
  • If your exchange request is within 2days and the item is in stock, we'll process the exchange for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at kelebekcustomerservice@gmail.com .
  • We will cover return shipping and send you a replacement or process a full refund.

Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
